Feel free to unwind with a drink in your room—just keep in mind, we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)

Age Requirement Policy

Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.

Check Cashing Policy

Sorry—we don’t offer check-cashing services at the hotel. (But we’re happy to help you find a local bank if you need it.)

Early Arrival Policy

Check in at 3pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier in the afternoon? Just ask at the front desk, and we’ll do our best to find you a room that’s ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can’t squeeze you in early, we’ll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.

Pet Policy

Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Portland Airport at Cascade Station welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

For the cardholder’s protection, a credit card used for a prepaid reservation must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on presented card, and the prepayment will be credited back. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. Cash deposits are not accepted.
