Aloft Montréal Airport
Políticas do hotel
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
In the province of Quebec, alcohol is for adults-only—so we only serve and sell to guests 18 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Age Requirement Policy
Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 18 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availablity permits.
Our standard currency is, of course, the Canadian dollar. But if you haven't yet made it to a local ATM, no worries—we accept U.S. dollars too. We'll calculate the cost according to the day's exchange rate, and add a surcharge for the transaction. Our advice: paying by credit card is usually your best bet for the best exchange rate.
Early Arrival Policy
Check in at 3pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, and we'll do our best to find you a room that's ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can't squeeze you in early, we'll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.
Extra Bedding Policy
We don't have any extra rollaway beds, but many of our Aloft rooms offer two queen-size beds, so be sure to ask if that's what you need. And we're always eager to accommodate your little ones, with baby cribs and child-size air mattresses (thanks to our camp Aloft program) available at no extra charge.
Late Checkout Policy
Feel free to sleep in—check-out time isn’t until 12 noon. Looking to stay a bit longer? Let us know and we’ll try to keep the room available for you for a fee. The rate varies, depending on the time of the requested late checkout. For checkouts before 4pm (local time), the fee is $50. Checkouts after 4pm are charged one night’s room rate plus tax. There’s no guarantee, but if we need you to clear the room, we can always stash our suitcase somewhere else until you’re ready to go.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Montreal Airport welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express, but if plastic's not your thing, we're happy to accept cash too. With cash payment, you'll need to pay the complete room fee (including taxes) in advance, plus a 500 CAD security deposit. Of course, you’ll get the extra back at check-out when we settle your bill, after a quick room inspection to make sure everything's in order. Personal checks and Discover Cards are not accepted.
For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel prior to the guest's arrival by phone or email - email@example.com.
Our splash pool offers family fun from morning to night! But please be careful—there's no lifeguard on duty. For that reason, kids can't splash around alone, so be sure they're always accompanied by an adult. For everyone's safety, splash is only accessible with a guest room key.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a $500 (CAD) fine per night for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
