Renovations: June 13 – August 31, 2016
From June 13 through August 31, 2016, the hotel will be under renovations. Guestrooms’ paint, carpet, and beds will be retouched. During this time, the guestrooms renovations will take place one floor at a time so guests will not hear possible noise disruption. In addition, the lobby will have new furniture. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
In the state of Florida, alcohol is for adults-only—so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—make sure to ask when you reserve and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits. And if we can’t offer you connecting rooms, we’ll be sure to assign you rooms as close together as possible.
Early Arrival Policy
Check in at 3pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, and we'll do our best to find you a room that's ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can't squeeze you in early, we'll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.
Gift Certificate Policy
Got an Aloft or Starwood gift certificate? We’ll happily apply them to your hotel bill. If your gift certificate’s for a full free night, be sure to contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability.
Late Checkout Policy
Feel free to sleep in—check-out time isn’t until 12 noon. Looking to stick around a bit longer? Let us know and we’ll try to keep the room available for you, although there may be an additional charge for staying put beyond 2pm. There’s no guarantee, but if we need you to clear the room, we can always stash your suitcase somewhere else until you’re ready to go.
Packeage Handling Policy
We’re happy to accept and hold packages sent to you—you’ll just need to sign and show ID to claim them.
Animals are family, too! That’s why we welcome dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Direct Billing Policy
All direct billing must first be approved by hotel management and is based on room night volume. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a $250 cleaning fee per night for anyone lighting up in their Aloft room.
International visitors, take note: we may need to see your passport (and visa, if you have one) as ID to validate your payment.
