Sorry—we don’t offer check-cashing services at the hotel. But we do have a handy ATM on site whenever you need it.

Extra Bedding Policy

Inflatable twin-size bedding is made available to guests traveling with children at no-charge. The property does not have roll-away bedding or cots. Per local occupancy policy, the maximum number of adults per room is four.

Pet Policy

Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft BWI Baltimore Washington International Airport welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping! Only thing we ask is that you fill out a waiver for our furry friends. 

* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

The hotel does not accept cash as a form of payment at time of check-in. A valid credit card issued to the guest must be presented and an authorization will be applied for payment for the entire stay as well as a deposit for incidentals. Guests may choose to pay with cash upon departure. 50 USD per day will be authorized on the supplied credit/debit card for incidentals. If a debit card is supplied, it may take up to 14 days from the departure date for any remaining authorizations to be returned to the card holder's account.

Smoking Policy

Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment, including all guest rooms and public spaces.  A cleaning fee of $500 applies if evidence of smoking in guest rooms is found.
