Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. A valide photo identification must be presented at check-in.
Check Cashing Policy
We’re happy to cash personal checks, subject to approval, and as long as you’ve got valid ID. Keep in mind, other conditions may apply.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card required for reservations, a valid credit card and a matching Government issued photo ID must be presented at check-in for incidental charges. Cash deposits or gift cards are not accepted upon check-in, but may be used at check-out.
Dogs are family, too! That’s why Aloft Arundel Mills welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
