That’s why Aloft Arundel Mills welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

The hotel has the right to refuse certain reservations for the purposes of group events or parties, including but not limited to pre-wedding stag/bachelor parties, hen/bachelorette parties, and birthday parties. Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms. Some facilities may have restricted access. Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a 250 USD fine for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card required for reservations, a valid credit card and a matching Government issued photo ID must be presented at check-in for incidental charges. Incidental charge holds are 50 USD per room per night. Cash deposits or gift cards are not accepted upon check-in, but may be used at check-out.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
