In the state of California, alcohol is for adults-only—so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Alcohol is served until 1am and consumption in public areas are permitted if purchased at hotel.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
*If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in, even for prepaid reservations. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Pre-paid gift cards are not accepted at this property.
A $250 deposit, per room per stay, is required at check-in for guests paying in cash.
