Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availablity permits.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
All guests checking in to the hotel must provide a government issued ID at time of check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
The hotel does not allow any outside alcoholic beverages on property.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Tempe welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times on a leash or in a crate and may not be left in room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Platinum & Gold Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay. Other conditions may apply.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
