Early Arrival Policy
Check in at 3pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, and we'll do our best to find you a room that's ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can't squeeze you in early, we'll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.
Early Departure Policy
If you have a sudden change of schedule and need to cut out early, stop by the front desk. We’ll do our best to settle your bill—but we may have to charge you for your full reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Feel free to sleep in—check-out time isn’t until 12 noon. Looking to stick around a bit longer? Let us know and we’ll try to keep the room available for you. There’s no guarantee, but if we need you to clear the room, we can always stash your suitcase somewhere else until you’re ready to go.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Frisco welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds, with approval of our General manager.* You and your furry friends can stay in any first-floor room, and our pet-friendly arf (SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Our heated splash pool offers family fun from morning to night! But we always put safety first. For that reason, kids under 16 can't splash around alone—please be sure they're always accompanied by an adult.

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of the utmost importance. The hotel prohibits any person from carrying any firearm in any manner onto the hotel premises, which are private property. Any firearm, whether it is a handgun or a long-barreled gun, carried onto the premises must be surrendered to hotel security for safekeeping. A guest who fails to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the premises.
Exempted from this policy are law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. Civilians, even those who are licensed and permitted to carry a firearm openly or concealed under local, state, or federal law, are not exempt from this policy.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. You’re welcome to light up outside, but local health codes mean you need to stay at least 20 feet away from any hotel entrance.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For the cardholder's protection, the credit card used for pre-paid reservations must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separate card.
