Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Gold and Platimum Guests only. There is a limit of $100 (Gold) and $300 (Platinum) per day.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms and they are subject to availability. Please request connecting rooms in advance.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in if the hotel is not notified by 4pm the day before the new departure date. Please check the terms of the reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.

In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in a suite or guest room at any one time. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.

That’s why Aloft Dulles Airport North welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Direct Bill can be arranged with 30-day advance application. Please contact hotel directly.
Company checks must be received two weeks prior to guest arrival.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a $500 fine per night for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
