Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available at the nightly rate of $15.00.
Inflatable mattresses are permitted. However, there is a maximum of one per room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day.

In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A credit card or debit card is required at check-in. A hold for the estimated amount of the stay will be placed on the card. Guests may pay cash at checkout and the hold will be released from the card within 7 to 10 business days. Please contact the hotel for further information.
