Alcohol Policy
Please note that outside alcohol is not allowed in the hotel.
Age Requirement Policy
Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $200 per day/stay. Other conditions may apply.
Pet Policy
Dogs are family, too! That’s why Aloft Washington National Harbor welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver. Sorry, but Fluffy will have to stay behind—cats and other pets are not allowed.
信用卡/借记卡政策
在您登记入住时，将从借记卡和信用卡中授权扣除您的住宿费用及杂费。 此授权金额将保留至您退房离店，届时将收取您在住宿期间所使用的实际费用金额。 在您离店之后，该授权金额可能会需要最多 30 天时间由您的银行或金融机构公布，酒店将不承担任何由此产生的费用或收费。
Smoking Policy
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in our guest rooms and public spaces. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor locations. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a $500 fine for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
