Aloft San Antonio Airport
Políticas do hotel
In the state of Texas, alcohol is for adults-only—so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Age Requirement Policy
Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
We accept checks for pre-payment, as long as they are received at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Sorry—we don’t offer check-cashing services at the hotel. (But we’re happy to help you find a local bank if you need it.). An ATM is located on-site.
Credit Card Policy
We accept all major credit cards. Credit card authorization forms are accepted and can be obtained through the front desk.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft San Antonio Airport welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For the cardholder's protection, the credit card used for pre-paid reservations must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on seperate card.
Cash may be used upon departure, but not as a deposit.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a $500 fine for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
