Per State Law, Luxury Room tax is calculated based on the full retail (Rack) rate of the room type occupied by the guest, regardless of the confirmed room type/rate. This includes situations where upgraded rooms are provided either via paid upgrade, Suite Night Awards or as a Platinum benefit. All other taxes are based on the confirmed rate. Age Requirement Policy
Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Arrival Policy
Check in at 3pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, and we'll do our best to find you a room that's ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can't squeeze you in early, we'll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Feel free to unwind with a drink in your room—just keep in mind, we only serve and sell to guests 18 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Shirt and shoes are required in all hotel public areas except for the pool and sundeck. Use of the swimming pool requires a swimsuit.
Pets are not allowed.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! Our hotel's public areas are a 100% smoke-free environment. You're welcome to light up outside and on the designated smoking floor.
Acceptance of personal checks is subject to prior approval of the Finance Controller. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Sorry—we don’t offer check-cashing services at the hotel. (But we’re happy to help you find a local bank if you need it.)
Credit Card Policy
All guests must check in with a valid credit card. Guests must notify the hotel of the use of a debit card. The hotel is not responsible for any penalties or fees due to the use of or access to debit cards.
We accept all major credit cards, but if plastic is not your thing, we’re happy to accept cash too. You’ll need to pay the complete room fee (including taxes) in advance, plus a INR 5000 security deposit. Of course, you’ll get the extra back at check-out when we settle your bill, after a quick room inspection to make sure everything’s in order.
Some groups require advance deposits. For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's front office department at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exemption is based strictly on city, country and state guidelines. Qualified purchases must be paid for by using a valid Office of Foreign Missions Tax Exemption ID card. For more information, please contact the hotel Manager on Duty.
