Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 18 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Extra Bedding Policy
If you’re staying in a Savvy Suite and need an extra sleeping space, we’ll happily provide one rollaway for an additional charge. (Unfortunately, rollaway beds can’t be rolled into a double queen room.) And we're always eager to accommodate your little ones, with baby cribs or child-size air mattresses (thanks to our camp Aloft program) available at no extra charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 years old and younger sleep for free in existing room bedding shared with a paying adult. A maximum of two adults and one child are permitted in the Aloft and Aloft Urban room. A maximum of two adults and two children, or three adults and one child are permitted in the Savvy and Presidential Suite.Please note that an additional occupancy fee will apply for a third adult.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check in at 2pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, and we'll do our best to find you a room that's ready. Just remember that we charge an additional full night's room rate for early check-ins before 9am, and a half-night's room rate for check-ins between 9am and 2pm. Please contact the hotel for more information—and if we can't squeeze you in early, we'll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.
Early Departure Policy
If you have a sudden change of schedule and need to cut out early, stop by the front desk. We’ll do our best to settle your bill—but please let us know more than 24 hours before your departure or we may have to charge you for your full reservation. Also note that certain rate plans may require a minimum number of nights' stay to qualify for the quoted rate.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation. Identification for children (under 18 years) is also required. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or possess court authorization documents if traveling with others.
Late Checkout Policy
Feel free to sleep in—check-out time isn’t until 12 noon. Looking to stick around a bit longer? Let us know and we’ll try to keep the room available for you. Keep in mind that checkouts between 12pm and 6pm will be charged an additional half-night's room rate, and departures after 6pm are charged an extra full night's room rate. Lastly, there’s no guarantee, so if we need you to clear the room, we can always stash your suitcase somewhere else until you’re ready to go.

In the state of Karnataka, alcohol is for adults only—so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Package Handling Policy
We’re happy to accept and hold packages sent to you, free of charge—just be sure whoever’s sending them knows to clearly mark packages with both sender and recipient info. All packages are scanned and received at the front desk before we pass them on to the recipient.
Sorry, but Fido and Fluffy will have to stay behind—pets aren’t allowed at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Park.
Our splash pool offers family fun from morning to night! But please be careful—there's no lifeguard on duty. For that reason, kids under 12 years can't splash around alone, so be sure they're always accompanied by an adult. For everyone's safety, splash is only accessible with a guest room key.
Make sure your paperwork’s in order—a valid visa and passport are required for any foreigners to enter the Republic of India. At check-in, we’ll need to take a photocopy of your passport’s visa page, as required by law. All guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in, per local regulations.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Aaahhh…breathe easy! Our public spaces and guest rooms are 100% smoke free, including e-cigarettes. You’re welcome to light up in certain designated smoking areas within the hotel, which we'll tell you about at check-in. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Credit Card Policy
All major credit cards are accepted for payment; however, the hotel does not offer cash advances on credit cards.
Gift Certificate Policy
Got an Aloft or Starwood gift certificate? We’ll happily apply it to your hotel bill. Just be sure your reservation is within the valid use dates, and please mention it at the time of booking.
We accept all major credit cards, but if plastic's not your thing, we're happy to accept cash too. With either a cash or credit card payment, you'll need to pay the complete room fee (including taxes) in advance, plus a 15% security deposit. Of course, you’ll get the extra back at check-out when we settle your bill, after a quick room inspection to make sure everything's in order.
To arrange for payment via a third-party credit card, please be sure to contact the hotel's accounting department at least 72 hours before you arrive.
