Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Traveling together with family or friends? Four of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room or suite with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Pet Policy
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Zhengzhou Zhengdong New District welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
