Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
All guests must comply with the Fire Marshall's Occupancy Code while staying in any guest room or utilizing meeting spaces.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Departure Policy
If you have a sudden change of schedule and need to cut out early, stop by the front desk. We’ll do our best to settle your bill—but we may have to charge you for your full reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Feel free to sleep in—check-out time isn’t until 12 noon. Looking to stick around a bit longer? Let us know and we’ll try to keep the room available for you. There’s no guarantee, but if we need you to clear the room, we can always stash your suitcase somewhere else until you’re ready to go.

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Oklahoma City Downtown – Bricktown welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Pool occupants must be 16 or older, or accompanied by an adult. The pool may only be used by guests of the hotel. No diving. No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. No food or alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
Complaints about noise or disturbances will be investigated and appropriate actions will be taken. In the event that the noise or disturbance continues, those parties will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Any damages will be charged directly to those parties.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment including all guest rooms and public spaces. A 300 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Corporate/business checks are accepted with prior approval. Returned checks will result in a $50 returned check fee.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Room must be paid in full at check-in. A valid credit card and ID are required. Cash is only accepted at checkout.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase Orders are accepted. The company must have completed a Direct Bill Agreement Form at least 72 hours prior to arrival for the hotel to approve and set up a direct billing.
Tax Exempt Policy
A valid Tax Exempt Form must be provided to the front desk prior to or at check-in. Taxes will not be refunded from already billed charges.
