Accessibility Policy

Guests with special needs will feel right at home! We’re fully compliant with ADA regulations, including offering guest rooms with accessible features.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic drink service is restricted to adults 21 years an older. Proper identification is required. The hotel reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual at any time.

Age Requirement Policy

Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.

Hurricane policy

The hotel has a policy concerning fully deposited reservations and hurricane interrupted travel. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Connecting Room Policy

Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.

Credit Card Policy

The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Photo identification must be presented with a credit card. A cardholder must at least 21 years old. Third-party credit card payments must include copies of the card’s front and back, as well as photo identification, and the name and signature must match. The third party must specify which charges can be made to the credit card and must also be at least 21 years old.

Dress Code

Standard dress code rules apply. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn in all public areas.

Early Departure Policy

If you have a sudden change of schedule and need to cut out early, stop by the front desk. We’ll do our best to settle your bill—but we may have to charge you for your full reservation.

Early Arrival Policy

Early arrivals may be granted but are subject to availability. To guarantee an early arrival, please include the previous night when booking your reservation and inform the hotel of your intended day and time of check-in. If the previous night is not included in a reservation, a fee of at least a half-day’s room rate will be charged for a check-in before 11am.

ID Requirement Policy

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout may be granted but are subject to availability. The hotel will do its best to honor SPG members’ privileges. Fees will apply for late checkouts by guests who are not SPG members.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

To ensure that all guests enjoy quiet, relaxing stays, moderate noise levels must be maintained in guest rooms, with respect to the time of day or night. Guests must respect the hotel’s request to lower excessive noise. The hotel reserves the right to contact authorities and evict any guest as a result of disturbance.

Occupancy Policy

A maximum of two adults is allowed in a room with one king- or queen-size bed. Additional charges will apply for both a third and a fourth adult. A maximum of four people is allowed in a room with two queen beds. Additional fees do not apply for children younger than 18 years. The total number of occupants must be included when a reservation is booked.

Package Handling Policy

The hotel can accept packages for current in-house guests and for guests whose reservations begin within 48 hours of delivery. Due to storage limitations, the hotel will determine whether it can accept packages based on sizes and/or amount. Packages will not be accepted for a guest after checkout. The hotel is not liable for any damages to the package or its contents.

Pet Policy

Animals are family, too! That’s why the hotel welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a 500 USD fine per stay for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
