Disability Access Policy
This hotel only has two accessible rooms. Guests who need an accessible room must inform the hotel at the time of reservation.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Personal and Travelers cheques are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not available.
Guests must to wear swimwear at the pools. Shoes are required in the fitness and spa areas. Swimwear is not allowed in the main restaurant, lobby or public areas.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay depending on the rate booked. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 years of age and under sleep free in existing bedding when shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Housekeeping service is provided daily. Guests must post "do not disturb" signage if the they do not want anybody to enter their room.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late check out policy
Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts from 1pm until 4pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Checkouts after 4:01pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
