Traveling together with family or friends? We have a few Aloft rooms that can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Extra Bedding Policy
We don't have any extra rollaway beds, but many of our Aloft rooms offer two queen-size beds, so be sure to ask if that's what you need. And we're always eager to accommodate your little ones, with baby cribs and child-size air mattresses (thanks to our camp Aloft program) available at no extra charge.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure will incur a fee of one night’s room rate plus tax. Guests can make changes to their reservation at check-in, but an early departure fee will still apply if a guest gives less than 24 hours notice.
Guests with special needs will feel right at home! We’re fully compliant with ADA regulations, including offering guest rooms with accessible features. Please contact the hotel directly should you need TDD equipment and to check wheelchair availability.
In the state of California, alcohol is for adults-only—so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft San Francisco Airport welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the property at management's discretion.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a $200 (USD) fine per night for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Credit and debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during your stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after your departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Unless a valid third-party payment submission has been received by the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival, guests with prepaid reservations must present the credit card originally used to make the reservation as identification upon check-in.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Third-party credit card payments can be arranged by contacting the hotel’s accounting department at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Third-party payments for individual reservations must be authorized via telephone. Electronic credit card authorization submissions are accepted only for group reservations. Please contact the hotel for further information.
