Traveling together with family or friends? We have a few Aloft rooms that can be connected—either a king room with a double queen or a king room with a king room. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
You can make changes to your reservation at check-in. However, any change that is made less than 24 hours before your arrival will incur an early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus tax.
Guests with special needs will feel right at home! We’re fully compliant with ADA regulations, including offering guest rooms with accessible features.
In the state of Ohio, alcohol is for adults-only—so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Animals are family, too! That’s why the Aloft Beachwood welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.

Credit Card Policy
Unless a valid third-party payment submission has been received by the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival, guests with pre-paid reservations must present the credit card originally used to make the reservation as identification upon check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Credit and debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during your stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after your departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Guests requesting to use a gift certificate issued by the property must contact the hotel directly.
