Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm, Requests for early check-in are subject to availability upon arrival. If available, 50% of the first night's room rate will apply for checking in before 3pm. In order to guarantee early check-in, guests will need to reserve the previous night.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding and rollaway beds are not available.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 13 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a rooms shared with a paying adult.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Additional charges apply if a late checkout is required. After 6pm, an additional charge of one night will apply.
Animals are family, too! That’s why the Aloft Seoul Gangnam welcomes dogs up to 20 pounds.* A cleaning fee of 120,000 KRW per stay applies for guests traveling with a pet. Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a 200,000 KRW (approximately 200 USD) fine per night for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
Make sure your paperwork’s in order—a valid passport is required for any foreigners to enter the Republic of Korea. A Visa is not required for stays up to 15 days. Please contact the Republic of Korea Embassy for Visa requirement details.
