The rooms are very new, spacious and well equipped. The king beds and the inroom facilities are cozy and comfortable to use.The hotel general manager, managers and front desk associates have been extremely helpful, especially the manager Oscar, who went out of his way to help us in finding a better room and ensure good experience. It is outstanding. Only slight drawback was the house keeping staff sometimes forgot to clean the room if we leave later than 10 am. In general, the hotel is among the best that you can expect from SPG USA.

Disappointed that he front desk forgot to give me the 250 points credit for choosing the green option. No recognition as a Gold Member. Poor customer service when I called to report this issue.

We were visiting from Las Vegas for my nephew's high school graduation. Room was spacious & clean. Pool area was just the perfect size and comfortable lounge chairs as well. Parking was easily accessible. Thank you Aloft & staff for a great stay.

I stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was nice and spacious and had a full kitchen. I availed myself of the platinum breakfast amenity, which was served in a restaurant. The menu was small, but superior to offerings at most other Alofts in the US. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area.

This is my third time at this property, and so far two of the three times I've checked into my room and expecting to walk into a nice cleaned room, I've been disappointed. Both times, the bathrooms were not cleaned at all. The first time, there was urine on the toilet seats and the surrounding floor of BOTH bathrooms and there was even urine on the tub!!! Left the room and asked someone to clean it and no one showed up in the three hours I was away. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room because there was no house keeping staff. The second time, same thing.. walked into the bathroom upon checking in and there was urine on the toilet seat AGAIN! and toilet paper around the toilet. This time they sent someone to clean it, they came with some windex and a rag. No bleach, no disinfectant... eww... Only reason to return back to this property is if there is other available SPG property in the area. Definitely at the bottom of the list in the bay area.

First time staying in this hotel and I was surprised with the cleanliness attentive staff that cater to your needs. We made a last-minute request to have a baby crib placed in our room which they accommodate to us right away I will definitely stay in that place in the future. And will to recommend everybody.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nezam Awesome hotel and concept
Overall, the hotel was amazing. The clealiness and the decor was exceptional. However, I couldn't get any champagne glasses and had to settle for plastic ones. Our sink was also flooded the entire time. Our neighbors were extremely loud and were obviosuly smoking something other than tabacco from the smells in the hallway. Last but not least, we waited to have our order taken at the bar/restaurant area for 45 min. There was only one waitress for a room full of guests. We never even got a table and decided to check out early and go get food else where... I dont normally complain but this was supposed to be a special valentines night for my lady and I. It was pretty disappointing.
