This is one of the worst hotel stays I've had in quite awhile. So surprised - as I booked it thinking SPG would be a good bet! Wrong! This very noisy, unprofessional front staff, uncomfortable bed, room by the elevator that droned on all NIGHT! I will NEVER stay here again. Shabby furnishings topped of my stay!

Incredibly excellent service, the best customer service I've EVER received at any hotel, anywhere in my world travels. Every single member of the hotel staff was in tune with providing the best service with an eye on the guests needs and convenience. The hotel staff accommodated a evening party for more than 60 business people with phenominal results including excellent food, signature drinks and a fun atmosphere. The hotel has a beautiful, modern/contemporary design. It was spotlessly clean, had great amenities. Every person I traveled with raved about the comfort of their rooms and the fantasitc shower!

My wife and I recently stayed here for one night. Our reservations were made 2 days prior to our arrival. Check-in took about 25 minutes due to a slow network. We received our room key around 11pm, and went to the room on the assigned floor only to find that when I opened the door, someone else was already assigned to the room. You can't imagine the EMBARRASSMENT and DISCOMFORT we felt when this happened. After returning to the front desk, the staff members were totally clueless about how the mix-up might have just happened. The bar area in the lobby was like a disco/club, and had at least 60 people congregating in the area. After receiving my new unoccupied room one the 1st floor, which was freezing, I called the front desk and had to scream into the phone because the background noise was so loud that the staff member couldn't hear my request for a blanket. The blanket arrived 35 minutes later. Oh yeah, the walls were incredibly thin because we could clearly hear whatever was happening at least 2 rooms over in both directions. Never again Sheraton, you just lost two loyal customers!!

We were met by Will and he welcomed us like we were Family. He was full of warmth and very well mannered. He answered all our questions and even called our room to see if we needed anything. He remembered our names when we returned later and spoke to us awhile as we got breakfast.
We requested to speak to his Manager and met Jay who was just as Friendly and anxious to be of help. To see two such nice People employed by ALOFT simply makes us wan to return. Hopefully we will!!!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Every time we have stayed here we have had a great experience. I love the fact they don't have a pet fee for dogs. I would recommend this place to all.

My wife and I stayed here with our dog while visiting family. Normally we would have stayed in a location that is closer to our actual destination but it was booked. The folks handling reservations said we might try the Aloft as the pet policy was similar and it was a partner hotel. We agreed and booked with Aloft. While I appreciate the favorable pet policy the theme of Aloft was not what we were looking for. The lobby was overly loud and seemed more like a cheesy club with loud party music. The room was some strange attempt at being modern with a sliding barn like door to the bath room. The room also didn’t seem as clean as one might expect. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no other choices.

This was my second time visiting this hotel; I was very dissapointed this time; I had requested assistance with the heating system; I was told that it took some time for it to heat up the room. Two hours had past, I call down to the front desk to see if they could send someone up; I was told that they would. Two hours later after that, know one showed. Instead of dealing with anyone at the from desk, by this time it was 12:30 a.m, I cut my stay short and left. Very dissapointed.
