We were traveling because of that phone call everyone gets but no one wants. Come to the Hospital as soon as possible. So one stop before continuing the drive. I could hardly have the conversation for what I needed when I went up to the desk near midnight. No need, the clerk took care of everything, and although sleep wasn't going to come easy, we were comfortable and felt safe. Morning coffee was good and again the staff seemed to sense we were in need for they were all so pleasant and patient with us, in our confused state of being.

I only made one request, to be close to the elevator since I had a lot to carry in such as the dog crate. They again (second time) put me at the far end of the hall. My key also 3 times had to be fixed, which was very aggravating, and both times my coworkers and I tried to come in the back entrance our keys didn't work. The thing I like is that they allow the dog and let her sit on my lap in the bar. This is really nice for me, and I was able to have local friends meet me for drinks at the hotel, bringing Aloft business it would not have had, and my friends got to see the dog.

It was very refreshing after a long work day to be greeted by Danielle and Calvin. They are two of the most friendly, professional hotel staff I have come across.

I have never been disappointed staying at an aloft
hotel and this time was no exception. What I like best with this brand is the ultra contemporary clean simple
decor. No ugly, frilly, furniture and other junk.

Two Alofts in the area and, of course, I booked the wrong one. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL at getting me checked into correct location and giving me the 800 line for the 3rd Party service I originally used to book so I could get the billing corrected. When I stopped by the desk later that made sure to ask if I had gotten everything corrected..GREAT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

Great place to stay, very modern. Staff very friendly. Only downer is that the cooling system in the room is extreamly noisy. The fan only would run on high
