Rated 4 out of 5 by Starwood4Life ALOFT - Bentonville, AR
First time staying at an ALOFT but the rooms were slightly smaller compared to other Starwood properties. The TV in the room was a good size, the bed was comfy.
Bathroom had some issues
- Sink didn't drain well
- Soaps/Shampo was something you'd find in an airport bathroom where you have to push a button for them
- Shower door didn't close right so water went on the floor
No room service

While on an extended vacation we stopped in Rogers, Arkansas. While at an early morning meeting we decided to stay an additional night. When we called to extend the stay the staff member whom we spoke with was not at all friendly. It was as if were inconveniencing her with our telephone call. Additionally, we were charged a higher rate for the second night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JerMc Meghan is a rock star!
Just wanted to let you know that Meghan does an outstanding job at your front desk. I look forward to each visit I make to this location primarily due to her positive attitude and hospitality.
Please pass on this positive feedback to Meghan and give the girl a raise!!

Awesome staff, great for business meetings. Very close to Walmart Home Office and the DGTC. Bar is excellent. Only downside is they really need full size Ironing Boards. Everything else is perfect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lucas Avoid karaoke night
I would have given the hotel 4 or 5 stars if it weren't for the karaoke thumping loudly even though I'm on 3rd floor. It's nearing midnight as I write this and want to fall asleep or at least read a book in peace.

We came to get away for our Anniversary weekend and your hotel and staff did an amazing job. From the front desk, to the Bar tenders and the housekeeping! Thanks for everything. We will be back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by crazyboy Excellent Aloft
In general, the Aloft hotels are so new that nearly all of them provide a very good experience. However, some are slightly older than others and some are so heavily used that they are wearing a bit around the edges. The Rogers Aloft is very new and at the top of the list of great Aloft hotels. Staff was great as usual.
Word of warning: be careful if you are given a room on the second floor just above the main lobby. Music plays in the lobby 24/7 and you can hear it clearly if your room is right above the lobby. No worries at this hotel thought, as a quick phone call to the front desk and they turned down the volume.
One other thing: not all Aloft hotels have suites so if you have automatic room upgrades (if available) there are many Aloft hotels that cannot accommodate since they do not have suites. Too bad because if you have stayed in an Aloft suite you have seen how wonderful these suites are.
Note to SGP regarding the chairs in standard Aloft hotel rooms: They are uncomfortable. I recommend replacing them with the rocking chairs in the lobby next to the pool table. Those are wonderful chairs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by crazyboy Typical very good Aloft
Just like most of the others (Phildelphia airport Aloft excluded), this Aloft was excellent. They are all the same and are all very nice. I enjoy staying in these hotels.

Rooms and services were great. Internet speed is questionable in the evening and at night. Hot water needs about 3-5 mins to get hot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nat21221 Good potential, still working out the kinks.
Overall, my travel companion and I enjoyed our experience at the Aloft in Rogers-Bentonville. However, it is clear that the fairly new hotel is still working out some kinks and appeared to be understaffed. When we arrived to check-in on Friday night, we were not greeted upon arriving at the front desk and it took almost ten minutes of trying, but failing, to generate a key card for us before the gentleman decided to just let us into a room and drop a key off with us later. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the pool/lounge area and noise from below was clearly audible into our room until after midnight. It did not bother us, but people who are sensitive to noise will want a different room location. The pool area contained trash (which was clearly from breakfast and still remained around the pool at approximately 6 p.m.) and discarded towels and it was clear that the staff of the hotel infrequently went through the area. The second time we went to the pool there were no towels. Finally, despite our attempts to "make a green choice," the staff did not appear to understand what this meant and despite specifically putting out the door tag and asking at the front desk about it on check out (and forgoing having our room cleaned), we still have not received our starpoints. In summary, the hotel is conveniently located and was a good base for our visit to the Rogers-Bentonville area.
