Rated 4 out of 5 by Great stay; just a few issues Loved the Aloft. Terrific location. Staff members were super. Lobby & bar have a fun, modern vibe. What I didn't care for were the following features of our room: the lighting in the main area of the bathroom needs to be softened; the room's main light switch should have each of the three switches labeled; there is no overhead lighting in the sleeping area (maybe there could be a floor lamp?); and the shower pressure is extremely low. Rated 4 out of 5 by Average Hospitality This was a night I didn't get much of a remembrance from. The staff was mediocre, the hotel was clean. There was no free hotel parking..... Room was small like most alofts. I only stayed here because the W and Westin and Le Meridien were sold out or expensive for this night. August 27, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by We Follow Baseball My wife and I are big Yankees fans and stayed at the Loft last year. We loved it. Very convenient to the city. We can't wait to see the Giants play the Vikings in their new stadium. The Loft is only a couple of blocks away. August 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel This hotel is wonderful! I've stayed here twice & enjoy it. The staff is very helpful, friendly & really go the extra mile. The location is convenient. They offer a shuttle that will take you up to a 5 miles for free. I highly recommend this hotel. July 26, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not great for long stays I recently stayed at this hotel for a training program and was very disappointed compared to past stays at other SPG facilities. The walls were very thin and I heard every noise in the entire building. There were no drug stores nearby for convenience. Restaurants in the area were rather expensive. The staff seemed very unprofessional and janitor carts were constantly stuck out in the lobby and hallways. Bathrooms in the lobby were less than decent. No one ever came to clean my room. Not even empty the trash all week. I would try to find a different hotel in the area before coming here again. July 25, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by NO SHEETS! NO INTERNET! NO PHONE! I've stayed at this place for a few months..I only stay here for the price.. This place needs a lot of work When I got in around midnight I heard.... We don't have any sheets.. They seemed lost..They found one set of queen sheets...I asked for an area with WIFI (many rooms do not get a signal) .. There is a signal in the hall.. I was told my room would definitely have a good signal.. Wrong! I had no signal.. So I picked up the phone and tried to call downstairs.. Busy signal.... Was told the phones were fixed in the morning.. Not sure.. I brought my bags down and told them to put me in a room with Internet, sheets, and a phone.. I will be back there after work.. They don't act on problems because they are full.. They don't care if you come back or not. July 18, 2016
