this was a disappointing stay. The lady working the front desk on Thursday 8/14 in the morning was rude, when I checked in no one asked me if i wanted a free breakfast or bonus points for my platinum status. when i asked what the goody bags on the front desk were for the man checking me in said they were to hand out to guests at random for people they wanted to welcome to the hotel...but I did NOT receive one. I felt like that was really rude. The next day checking out I asked for an emailed invoice, I never got it. so had to call to get it. overall, the staff really needs to up their game...they are not great starwood brand ambassadors.

I travel to Nashville every week, but find that other hotel chains in the Franklin area to have better accommodations. I used to stay at Aloft all the time, but the facility is starting to look run down. Carpet stains, wallpaper coming off walls, scuffs and skid marks on walls, worn furniture and bedding. There was no iron or ironing board in my room. The hall and common areas are very warm almost hot. I know other Aloft locations don't have these issues, but this particular location doesn't meet the standards I know desired.

The vanity light in our bathroom was out, our toilet did not flush well at all, the bathroom door was impossible to close, and there were lady bugs and roaches everywhere. It seems like the hotel construction went cheap on certain items in the hotel. The staff was nice, but it was not worth the money we spent at this hotel.

Not my first rodeo at this hotel but it was the first time I can say I did not walk away with the Aloft ‘experience’. Staff room selection for my stay (hotel was not full) was not ideal. On the outbound trip, we were assaulted by flagpole noise and on the return the highway. Staff at check in onwas not friendly and on check out, I had to wait (several minutes with no – I will be right with you) behind the housekeeping staff to speak to the front desk attendant. Our room did not stock the complimentary waters and when I brought this to the front desk’s attention and asked for them at checkout I was made to feel uncomfortable and shared that I would be writing this in a review. Need to retrain your front desk team.

Great place to stay when visiting in the area. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. The room was well appointed, clean and quiet. I liked the separation of bedroom area from dressing area.

The room was very clean. We especially loved the fresh white crisp clean bedding, and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms have a great modern feel. Hotel is right off I-65, convenient location, but a little hard to find because it's tucked behind buildings, and the very small entrance sign was hard to see. We had our small dog traveling with us. They brought her a bed, treats, and a food mat. Very welcoming staff! We liked the hotel so much on our trip down to Florida, upon checkout we booked a room for our trip back

The hotel looks cool, but there was no room service, the bar closed at 10:30, the mattress cover didn't properly fit the bed and created uncomfortable lumps, the sheets looked wrinkled as if not laundered, it was 16-19 dollars to rent a movie on the TV - which had Showtime but no HBO, I was told I would have to call early in the morning to request a later check out- which defeats the purpose if the goal is to sleep in, the room temp. was set to 77 when we got in and after we tried to change it, readjusted itself back to 77, so we were up in the middle of the night sweating and had to turn AC on which then switched back to heat. We choose the hotel because it looked fun and had a bar- cost was not a factor. For the same price or a little more we could have stayed somewhere that met out needs. I would not stay here again.

Had a great experience staying at the Aloft. Family and pets all enjoyed very much. We come thru at least once a year and will stay next year for sure.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were in A+ shape..
