We came for a weekend stay close to Philly. Our original room was a handicapped accessible room but door handles were broken, once you closed the bathroom door, someone on the outside had to let you out and the shower and toilet were all on one floor so if you took a shower and the floor was still wet, you'd wet your feet trying to use the toilet. Anyway, we were moved to another room without any problem. The second room was better but the carpet had a lot of spills and the room overlooked the maintenance area outside of the hotel. There was a constant flood of workers cleaning things and a great view of the dumpster, etc. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore neck. The worst part about this stay was the lack of towels. If we asked for extra towels, the front desk staff would say that the towels were being washed and they wouldn't be ready for an hour...as if there are only two towels per room for the entire hotel. Does this place not have extra towels?? I don't understand. When the cleaning staff comes, they remove all the towels from the room and you have to wait for them to wash and dry the towels they took before you can get another set. Ridiculous. This towel situation got so bad that we had to request a later checkout time because we couldn't take showers because the towels were being washed. I've never heard of such a thing. They only gave us an extra half an hour due to the towel fiasco. Never again. And my final annoyance was: We were originally supposed to checkout at 12 noon. The cleaning staff started knocking on the door around 10am, while we were still in the bed, to see if we had checked out yet so they could start cleaning the room. One lady didn't get an answer fast enough and just let herself in. They knocked on 3 separate occasions to see if we had left yet. Why is there no communication between the cleaning staff and the front desk on whether or not a guest has checked out?? I'll never stay at another Aloft. The lobby sets you up...The room lets you down.

The hotel is located in a great area. You have many things around you such as restaraunts and shopping. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The nicest hotel we stayed in a long time!

The staff at the Mount Laurel Aloft is courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh. I felt like I was home except for the contemporary design. I'm still in awe. Will definitely be staying there again. Two thumbs all the way up!!!

When we arrived I liked the look of the entry way. The room was average, carpet at entry was dirty, room temp was impossible to control, either very hot or very cold. Bed was comfortable. Overall, we were under impressed with the facility.

I love aLofts and this one is just as good as the others! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and I wish I had had time to grab a drink at the bar. I'll be back for sure since I'm passing through the area regularly for the next year.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. The room was a bit smaller than expected but it served its purpose. It even fit a roll in crib... We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and the fitness center is open 24 hours...

I really enjoyed my stay. I found the decor interesting and fun. The service was excellent, and the people at th the desk were friendly and helpful. Anytime I asked for anything they went out of their way to help.

This hotel was very nice. The lobby/bar/lounge area is very nice, modern and classy. The workers are very courteous and kind. I love the ambiance of the whole hotel. The pool was decent and hardly anyone was using it so I practically had it to myself. There was great live music the Saturday night we were there. The room was clean, comfortable, and very modern. I felt like I got my money's worth. The only complaint is that the light fixture over the bed didn't work so it was very dark in the room, since that is the only light in the room aside from the windows. And that the modern-styled sliding bathroom door didn't provide much privacy in regards to the sounds that might come from the bathroom-if you know what I mean. Also, the hotel holds a $50 fee on your CC even if it already received your payment. I guess it's just in case there are damages that need to be charged. Hopefully it doesn't cause an overdraft fee for you. Other than that everything was great. I would stay here again. For around $100/night, I would expect/hope a hotel would be this nice. And, pleasantly, it was.

I am consistently pleased with Starwood and the Aloft brand. Nice comfortable room (always love my bed!), easy in and out. I can always count on my expectations, which are high, being met.

The facilities were very nice however the temperature in the room was not controllable. It was either too cold with the AC on or too hot with out. Slept only 2-3 hrs the night we were there.

I enjoy the Starwood brand of hotels expecially the Aloft. I've stayed at several throughout the states and this one didn't dissapoint. When it came guess service the staff went above and beyond.

The mini fridge if that what you call it froze everything that was in it. The iron was broken. There was no privacy with the room vs the bathroom and exhaust fan was not working. I felt that there was not storage for clothing etc. We were part of a wedding party and they placed everyone on different floors. When you block off rooms for a wedding everyone should be on same floor. We have AAA no one even asked about using that as a discount. Breakfast sand which were almost 6 bucks a piece I wouldn't pay more then 35 dollars a night to stay there do yourself a favor and pick a cheap hotel because there nothing good about this place. The staff was great however management refused to work out anything on certain details such as the dinner was pasta and if guests didn't show they would not work out something with you. Pasta costs 2.00 to make so there was no loss in giving a break to the bride and groom. They charge you for each guest even for open bar even if there are kids...Really? They over booked 3 weddings at once it was ridiculous. I had a chicken bone in my chicken wrap and to deal with that was giving a free voucher for breakfast. Seriously I would never book a function here for anything. There are plenty of places more organized and that care about the functions going on then this place. Your over paying because its mt laurel. Not worth the money. Research better the rooms are horrible and you get nothing for your stay unless your company is paying for your trip. Also we had no extra pillows and our room was not fully stocked when we got there...

Every member of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The drain stopper in the sink would not open. A very nice young man quickly fixed the problem when we reported it at midnight.
