Rated 2 out of 5 by Would not stay here again While the staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful, we would not stay here again because: 1. While we were swimming in the hotel pool, another guest pulled down their swimming suit and urinated in the pool. 2. The party in the lobby lasted until 11PM, so in our 3rd floor room, the booming bass didn't stop until then, making sleep or rest difficult. 3. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. 4. The refridgerator was so loud, it sounded like there was heavy machinery being operated in the hallway. 5. And the final straw...a wake up call at 5 AM that we didn't set. We were so glad to leave--it was not a nice or peaceful getaway at all. February 4, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place to stay for business travel Exceeds my expectation for lower priced version of W. Rooms are comfortable and shower and bathroom area are spacious. 24hr gym and small pool. Housekeeping could be trained to be more consistent and not forget things like soap, coffee, etc. breakfast is passable at best and bar is overpriced. The best part is really the front desk staff. Ive stayed here 20 nights over last 3months and they treat people with smile and go out of their way to help, especially Ashley. She's just awesome. March 11, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel has terrible management Beds made with short top sheets. One bed had blood stain on top sheet. No cups left in room. No regular coffee in room. Knock on door at 8:30 am from house cleaning? Had to carry ice from 1st floor in bags? Food and drinks way over priced. September 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by WHAT A GREAT HOTEL I really enjoyed my 2 day stay at this hotel. I was traveling to Maine and I stayed in some really bad places. This was a breathe of fresh air. The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were just "Wow". I will definitely stay here next time when I travel up north. You can't go wrong. June 24, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad Example The hotel has potential. In other areas Aloft may be totally different. Dulles needs work. The facility is showing wear - furniture chips, carpet loose in hallways all need attention. Bar was not kept stocked as it should and the hours were a mystery. Staff looked like someone coming off the street - jeans, sweatshirts....totally unprofessional and the worst I have ever seen worldwide. The front desk person on Saturday night needs to be terminated. Unprofessional is an understatement. She refused to contact the manager, answer any questions and was rude. September 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Dirty sheets Arried late around 9:15pm. One person tending to both the bar and check in, 15 minute wait to check in. Comforter on bed had what appeared to be small blood stain. Made me doubt overall cleanliness of the room. May 25, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad Service We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and had poor service! We got there Friday night and a band was playing, after talking to the manager he said the band would end at 11:00pm. Mind you, we were on the 4th floor, had a 4 year old trying to sleep and heard the band like it was in the next room. The band played until well after 1:00am. My husband went down a few times and complained and one of the times the managers "were indisposed". When we finally talked to Ralph, he said he would comp our room for the night. We went down the next morning and the new person on duty didn't know anything about this. When we left Sunday, we were still charged for 2 nights. March 17, 2014
