We have stayed at this particular location 3 times. It is always clean, staff is great and very convenient to restaurants, mall and other amenities in the Tulsa area. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. That being said, I was disappointed in the linens this visit. Our bedspread had been washed so often that the stuffing was bunched into hard pockets and one of our towels was very rough and a slight tug on the corner started a tear in the fabric. However, these were very minor irritations.

On this business trip I arrived late and departed early. The staff was friendly as usual. Great sleep, clean room and friendly people made a short stay on a quick trip more bearable!

This hotel did not meet the standards of the chain it represents. It was very dirty and the staff never seen. You never seen anyone cleaning inside or out. The pool area was a mess in the morning as no one had been out there since the night before to clean. When you sat at the table to drink your coffee in the lobby the tables were sticky. The food items for breakfast was the worst breakfast at any hotel I have ever stayed in. You go to a window and order what you want, then they prepare it in a microwave type oven. It took forever. This is suppose to be a business hotel what a joke. Again this does not met any of the standards for this Brand/ Chain of hotel.
Also there are many name brand chain hotels in this area so I would never ever stay at this one again. Dirty no food and no cleaning staff.

After having to be moved to a second room because the room wasn't ready, the second room was very unsatisfactory because of the paint on the walls looked like the room was being prepared to be remodeled. Missing paint under the desk that's very noticeable even as you open the door to the room. Also, I didn't get a good night's rest because the bed wasn't comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these items were fixed.

There was a DJ at the bar when we got to the hotel at 9:30 in the evening and the bass and music shook all the items in our room until 1:15. There were times i thought our TV was coming off the wall. Terrible experience, I felt like they were more concerned with being a nightclub and very disrespectful of all the other guests in the hotel. There is no way anyone at that hotel got any sleep until after 1:15 that morning.
