Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent service! We had an initial problem with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. We were dropping off a rental car at the airport and wanted to take the shuttle back to the hotel to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel's phone indicated that the shuttle would pick us up outside either door #506 or 511, Island #3. We waited at door 506, island 3 and the shuttle just passed us by. My husband spoke to the front desk (didn't get her name, but she was new to her job). She was excellent and took care of some disgruntled travelers. She deserves recognition for a job well done! I also do not want to overlook the excellent service by the front desk man at 4AM. He got us fresh coffee and was very pleasant and helpful. We will be back. Thank you. April 11, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Swimming in the bathroom, AGAIN. Second time, in two months, I've stayed here. Great location for my needs. Both times, the bathroom flooded due to flaw in shower door design. Two different rooms, two floors - same inch deep of water in bathroom. This is absurd because I subscribe to the eco-friendly reward points for not having housekeeping every day and re-using towels. This time I used SEVEN towels in one day to wipe up water. I asked front desk if any plans to repair. Power advised me, reno already done and no to fixing shower problem. She added to always add more towels to my room at check in! I can't get my head around this. March 28, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sufficient place to sleep a night, not a destination the fit and finish of the building is not good. The door on the shower didn't close properly and the floor of the bathroom was soaked. The tile work was bad in the other part of the bathroom and they tried to "make it up" with caulk, just looked junky. bed was comfortable. location is convenient. there was no one at the front desk when I went to check out at 7:30 am. took a few minutes for an untrained young lady from the breakfast bar to come over. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good location near DEN This hotel is a short shuttle ride from DEN which makes it ideal for flying out of or laying over at DEN. The clerk who checked me in took extra time to get the keyless entry function working on my phone. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants. The only negative was that the lobby area had no furniture because it was going through renovation. I saw no warning about that when I reserved my room. February 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value, nice breakfast bar I booked a room with breakfast included, and among my recent stays in 4 different hotel chains in Denver/Boulder area, Aloft had the best breakfast bar. 4+ different kinds of sandwiches, fruit cut,chicken salad, many kinds of beverage, snacks, yogurt, etc. My room had a very fancy interior. It was on the first floor (king bed not available on 2nd and 3rd floors on that day) facing the parking lot, but I didn't care much because I just spent a night (arrived here around 11 pm and left 7 am) and also their shade was quite efficient to screen the windows. Very fancy and modern interior. Easy airport access due to the shuttle although the airport is quite far away. One thing a little embarrassing about this hotel though was my room did not have a separate toilet. There was a hidden sliding door, so you can close it, but the door was quite floppy. I stayed alone for business, so no problem at all, but if I stayed here with someone else, it might have been little uncomfortable. I was told this hotel is under renovation. Maybe they are doing the renovation to modify their bathrooms? January 20, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Front desk in the early morning When I went to have breakfast on the early morning, the front reception boy might be too tired, respond me in a poor attitude, in the wisdom of my other two US friends. They all told me not to come this hotel next time. First time to have this situation in my SPG life. January 17, 2016
