If you have any business with EU institutions,this is the place to stay.( but far from touristic attractions)
Hotel is comfortable and staff very helpful.
Estephania was extremely efficient at check in.
Taking out the ridiculous counting of breakfast items and some low quality of part of it,nothing to worry on this property.

From the modern architecture, over typical Aloft hip interiors, to brilliantly organised rooms, this is a hotel for the 21st century traveller. However, despite its relaxed character, service standards are very serious. Check-in and check-out were efficient, staff are friendly and knowledge of English impeccable. The amenities are excellent both inside and outside the room, although I don't really understand why they keep the minibar empty on purpose - it's certainly not convenient going out of your room just to grab a snack or a drink. The location is better than one would expect, with tram, bus and metro connections available aplenty, but the surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet at night, something you'd never get staying at the Grand' Place. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay and a definite entry to my favourite list as long as the price is reasonable.

The hotel is new, clean, modern. Staff are super helpful. Room feels fresh and new. But who could design a hotel today with no electrical power outlet at the desk? There was an ethernet cable and great Wifi connection in the room but no electrical plug for a PC at the desk. The refrigerator and TV were plugged in behind the built in desk unit - You cannot reach those sockets. I had to work on the bed. AWFUL.
Also worth knowing that the metro station was closed on Sunday. It's possible to take a crowded replacement bus into central Brussels, but easier to take a cab.

The Aloft Brussels is an amazing Aloft. The hotel is new and offers great amenities. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make your stay perfect. In addition, the staff speaks next to perfect English - which is great for American tourists who don't speak French or Dutch.
The hotel is trendy and hip - yet great for business travelers. I was worried if it would be good for a business traveler based on the hotels' website, but once I got there, I was very pleased. Breakfast is good and quick and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained in the evening at the XYZ Bar. They even have a room w/Wii and a huge screen TV.
The location is great and convenient to public transportation options. There's a grocery store next to the hotel which made it easy to bring things back to the room.
Overall, I loved this hotel - the only negative is that the blinds in the room are very sheer and let tons of light shine in - so when the sun comes up - you're up too!

First time my wife and I stayed in an Aloft hotel, we liked the hotel's funky feeling, we got a nice and clean room with enough space in the bath. The bed was very comfortable. The buttons in the lift were funny, never seen that big lift buttons before.
Front desk were kind and helpful. We tried the bar, the bartender mixed us two different cocktails, looked good and tasted great. While drinking our drinks we played billiards and tried the videogame room also. We had fun. The terrace were a bit windy.
The location is not the best, there is a park nearby.
Parking is a little bit hard on the streets.

I had the opportunity to spend approximately 40 nights in the Brussels Aloft over the course of this fall. The rooms were always immaculate and the fitness center was great. With that being said, the staff at the hotel were by far the best feature of this hotel. By the end of the first week, every member of the staff referred to me by name which is really unbelievable. No matter how busy they were, they were always friendly and made it a point to make me feel comfortable. I typically stay in hotels for approximately 80 nights per year, so I see alot of different hotels and the staff here is far and away the best that I have encountered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying the in Brussels.

Recently stayed at this hotel and left my tablet in the room. The staff was extremely helpful and was able to get my tablet in the mail to me with in a couple days of my check out. A special thanks to Lionel for taking the time to help me through the process of getting my tablet to me. Great hotel staff, really made the difference!!

He estado en su hotel por asunto de negocios, el hotel excelente y sus empleados encantadores y serviciales, felicitar a Stefani, Krasi y en especial a Marta por su paciencia, amabilidad y simpatia. En general les doy la enhorabuena y cada vez que viaje a Bruselas iré a su hotel sin duda alguna.
