Our stay was great and it was not cause of the entire management team. but few individuals in that are giving more than 100% to its guests.
To start with, Welcome Desk: Superb guidance, support and assistance by them, specially Shalini, Lekshmi, Arvind and their Madam Jyoti was exceptional too for her support in final 2 days of our stay.
Also, would like to thank :-
Neema, loved to see some one carrying a smile always especially when you walk out of your room in morning
Picklo and his restaurant team for superb experience at breakfast table where we start our day
Arun, for his support with TV cables and ensuring we get seamless internet connectivity.
I believe, I may have missed few names, but the cavalry that you have hired are really good.

When my check-in was being processed, someone interrupted for a cab booking. Desk support started attending to that request making me wait for ten additional minutes. He did not to ask my permission before helping other person on cab booking.
I had asked for queen or king bed but was offered two single bed. That is ok. It was large enough.
However, bed sheet and comforter was unclean with lot of stains. I called housekeeping and they were prompt in changing. However, second day I saw the same bedsheets again. This clearly means that it was taken but did not get washed. Due to late night meetings, I was just tired to complaint. Other bed was ok. So, I slept on it.
Only one bath towel was provided. It was old, threads are worn out. No hand towel was kept.
Breakfast quality has significantly deteriorated compared to my earlier stay. All three days it was bad with too much oil and no taste.
I will not stay at aloft anymore.

Dont recommend Alot Chennai for dining. Restaurant food is very bad.
Service is extremely poor. I saw indian sweets like gulab jamuns in breakfast. Hotel should consult nutrition expert

Was staying in Chennai Aloft - room 138. Rusty Mirror, cracked false ceiling opposite mirror, no doormats placed after cleaning. Floors not so clean. Bathroom lights switch off through sensor and wouldn't turn itself on, no matter even if you go and and come inside the bathroom again. Could clearly hear dogs barking outside all night.
Food was good, liked the variety as well. Staff were courteous. Neat Cabs arranged on time.

I was disappointed this time due to cleanness of bed cover and towel was also not available. When I asked they provided me only one bath towel, no hand towel. I reminded twice.
