Rated 2 out of 5 by Need Serious introspection The room washbasin has water stains, the tissues in the box were torn out, the bathroom holder next to Soap and Shampoo stands were rusted out. There were tissue paper in the Pot which was not flushed out, absolutely baffled by the basic amenities not being clean enough. The Bortsch soup ordered was the most horrible, why keep some unique menu when you dont have the capability to honor its flavor and taste July 25, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor Response from IT On Saturday afternoon, when I returned to my room at 2pm, my room was not made up and my room phone was not working.In spite of repeated requests, it took almost an hour to rectify the defect and I had to go hungry till 3 pm, with my guests waiting. A request, the food quantity and pricing to be considered for Individual basis, as for single travellers like me, it would be better in terms of cost and avoid wastage. Regards, Mathew July 21, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel needs improvement Hotel needs immediate improvements in following areas: - Night time sound disturbance from near by road is very bad, window was not closed. - Bath room shower was not working at all - hot water and cold water mixer. - Toilet had leakage problem. Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor service during my recent visit I had booked in advance via SPG website for 2 rooms with Single King Bed . When I checked into the Hotel on the 10th July late evening 9.30PM . The rooms were not ready for a while , when we went to the restaurant for food, we were informed that no Non vegeterian food was available except for some limited choice of Vegterian food. Whe I went to my room I found it was a room with twin Queen beds. The room alpotted to my American Guest was also twin bed and not the Single King bed requested. I went to the reception and requested in person for the room change which was not done even after 45 minutes and I had to call the manager and lodge a complaint before 1 room was changed and the other was not. The callous attitude of the Hotel was apalling. I am not sure if I would revisit this Hotel. July 13, 2014
