Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but not up to the mark Dear sir, There no clear instruction on check out time As i am a TATA motors employ while i am enquiring with our travel desk we are getting 24 hour check out in your hotel but i have not got it. and more over the luxury tax was charged me 750 rs and mentined that is 12.5% on 2500 when i asked i have got the answer that it is a govt policy and you need to pay for it and i am not under standing that why we need to pay the tax on the actual room tharif than actual tharief we are going to pay. Also the direction to reach the lift is not clear in the floor we need to serch the lift more than 10 mins Also the response at the complimentary brake fast room is not good we need to wait for the staffs and we need to call them again and again. Rated 2 out of 5 by Experience with Aloft There were lot of Mosquitoes inside the Room The quality of food was pathetic and despite telling them three times on the order they did not serve me properly . I was informed that it would take 20 mins , by 25th Minute I was getting a call that it would take another 10 mins . However the food that was served for not properly cooked and i was not served what I ordered. August 23, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Just average 1. Haven't eaten food colder than this elsewhere. Both dinner & breakfast, despite a decent spread were very cold. Expected better. Even modest restaurants provide warm food. 2. Leaky roofs - Rainwater poured at several places in corridors 3. The long corridors outside rooms were suffocating. Either keep it Air Conditioned or open the windows. August 20, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is below others I stay at in India  On arriving at the hotel I had a meal in the restaurant from the buffet, this was ordinary!  At 3.30 am there was a very bad drain smell which then lingered for the rest of the night.  At breakfast you chef on the omelette counter was in a filthy top and could not cook omelettes, he was change over the next 15 minutes but it does beg the question how clean are the kitchens?  I ordered coffee with some guests and asked for Americano, hot black coffee with cold milk, I got cold white coffee and then espresso with cold milk, neither did I drink even though I had paid. Rated 4 out of 5 by Review of Stay for week I had two of the following issues a) staff response was late when I asked for a hand towel. it came to me after 1 hr. b) Lock of room no 309 was not working. It was open and not working. i.e. the auto lock was not working. Rest overall stay was good August 16, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good facilities but needs to improve on staff responsiveness I have stayed here a few times in the past. This time though there have been some not-so great moments. The Aloha desk needs to really pay heed to customer requests. 3 calls for a particular requirement went unattended and I managed my stay without bothering to make another request in vain. The free Wifi internet did not work and I had to make-do with slower data-card when the request to resolve it went unattended. A hotel with good facilities but you cannot make good use of it cos of many glitches you may encounter. August 8, 2014
