the location is a bit far from what i've expected. The front desk agents are exceptional fantastic. Room is great, My only concern is the hotel should really aware people smoking in the elevator. It might makes other very uncomfortable. I was almost dead at the elevator with 3 smoking men at around 1am in the morning.

I have stayed here on a number of business trips. Compared to most of the other hotels this is very nice.
My only two issues are that the AC seems to shut off in the middle of the night when no one is moving around the room and it becomes very hot.
The other matter is the service in the restaurant. Although it is advsertised, do not order the burger. The Chinese food is excellent. Don't expect anyone to come and clean the dirty dishes off of your table either. It's just the way it is.
Room is great but they only have CNN part of the time now. Everything else great (except the AC when your sleeping.

I make over 100 stays in hotel per year and it's the first time I felt obliged to make a negative review on property.
・Poorly trained and extremely unfriendly stuff and lot of mosquitos buzzling around in the lobby restaurant and bar.
・Some beers listed on the bar menu is run out of service.
・Bad location with pretty much nothing around.
・ Wrong info on the website.
「Sprint, stretch, lift, sweat—day or night. Recharge on your own timetable at re:charge, our 24/7 gym」
I chose this hotel because it has 24/7 swimming pool n gym I can enjoy after a long work but they actually close at 23:00. WHAT'S WITH THE WRONG INFO ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE!?

Hotel is nice and quite. Staff is very helpful.
Great choice for business trip or personal trip is location in fine with you. Did not use the hotel resteraunt thus cannot comment.

The staff fail to contact me regarding my incomplete payment , which I was incurred by their own mistake and charge my friend who booked the hotel for me. I did have to call in to revert this transaction. Disappointment

Not yet up to professional standard in many aspects;
The best thing of the hotel is the manner and helpfulness of the front desk staff.

very good hotel with everything you need.
but somethings just need to improve a little bit than before since they are many foreigner guests i see many times they have problems when they check in and check out.
