If I had not been exhausted when I checked in, I would have checked back out immediately. I honestly didn't look around until the morning. I can't believe I slept in this place!
The shower was dirty and moldy. The carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time as it had layers of dust around the edges and bits of trash all about the floor. The desk chair was stained and torn. The window shade had some kind of fluid spray on it. As I left my room, I noticed that the mess was not contained to my space. The hall carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while either and the elevator was a mess too.
I had stayed at this property only a few months ago for the first time and had a good experience. It is amazing how far they have fallen in such a short time. I will not be back. Even after sharing my thoughts at check out and sending pictures, I have heard from no one in management. I think that says a lot...

Arrived for a one night stay, check in quick and easy. Platinum recognition was outstanding. Asked about local restaurants in walking distance, then noticed it was raining, when I said I would just drive staff offered us the use of umbrellas. Nice touch.
Food was great and had a wide selection. Only thing that would need improving is the pool. I was told it was heated, but that was just not the case.
I will be back next time I am in Jacksonville. Thank you Aloft Tapestry Park.

This was a very nice hotel. I've never stayed at Aloft before, but was pleasantly surprised. The use of space, and commitment to conservation was Impressive. The beds could've been a little more comfortable if there were more or thicker pillows. I would've also preferred a microwave in the room. The refrigerators were also much smaller than usual.

We stayed here for three days and I wish we would have canceled the reservation and gone somewhere else. The first room we checked in was so dirty, stains on the sheets and furniture. It also smell weird, I asked front desk to please move us to another room and it was in similar conditions. Will never stay here again.

Can't express how great my stay was here at the Aloft. I had 6 rooms with family and
The Staff was Awesum even before i got there, and then when it came our arrival it was nothing but lots of love!
Tyler is the Man to meet! He was great at his position and how he made my family & myself feel was just phenomenal.
Michael, Mackenzy and Nicole just ended it for us with some more of there Awesumness!
Thank you ALL again for a great stay!

First of all, I have nothing but all five star comments for the hotel and everyone who made us feel welcomed. As soon as we checked in late upon arrival, I requested a double but they all were gone. However, the front desk gentleman was very apologetic and very gracious and gave us complimentary breakfast coupons. But even if we didn't get those, the ENTIRE hotel staff were very professional and welcoming.
Every time we came by the front desk, we were greeted as if we were old friends and I really appreciate it when you welcome my family in that manner.
