Located in a really nice area, clean, great Aloft-y room, comfortable, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Physically nice hotel....Worst room service food ever. Burnt toast, tator tots (they were supposed to be breakfast potatoes) and horrible dry omelettes....then charged us twice for valet. Called to dispute the 2nd valet charge and was transferred to 5 different people to explain 5 different times before they would credit the 2nd valet charge. Don't order room service food or valet.

That's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in SPG brands and it make me feel to avoid stay with Aloft in future. The check-in process is terrible because their lobby and bar are mixed area so you have to come over crowd to get the reception if there's event. Staffs are really unprofessional and didn't show a willingness to help customer in trouble. The room light control is very bad design. No breakfast dinning area available.

Room is clean, comfortable, and everything works. The bath gel and moisturizer are really nice. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

I wanted to love the hotel based on its concept, but it is so lacking. The one positive aspect was the bartender, Justin. We needed to be out of the room because housekeeping had forgotten to clean the room. We had come back at 3;00PM to get ready for a wedding and found the room as we had left it in the am.. Thankfully, the front desk got right on housekeeping. We stayed at the bar. So that was one strike against the hotel. The lotion was not replaced when we checked in so one squirt and there was no more lotion. The left window shade was ripped. Maybe I'm old, but no drawers in room and the closet was a draped pole. So not up to SPG standards.

This was my sixth stay this year, and I always feel like home. Both Justins at WXYZ are fantastic (and both remembered my drink, even though it had been a few months!), and so is Nicki at the front desk.
