Our stay here was great. Aisha, the desk talent, made it outstanding. Thank you! We will definitely stay here when we are back in town.

Typically I'm not the type to write reviews, but this was such a ridiculous experience I had to. I arrived at the hotel around 2:30 to check into my ultra savvy suite. The room was ready, so off I went. The reason I arrived so early was because I was setting the room up for later, when I would return with my girlfriend and propose. I hid the ring in the room to grab later, set up flowers, etc... and then left. I had told the front desk of my intentions and made sure no one else would be entering the room to clean or whatever, just to be sure everything would be as I left it. They reassured me that no one else will enter the room. Fast forward to my return that night with my now surprised girlfriend, as she had no idea we were going to stay at aloft after our concert. We go up to the room and the keys didn't work - red flag. I go back down and get the keys fixed, head back up, enter the room, AND IT'S OCCUPIED. Someone else's stuff is everywhere and I immediately start to freak out, not knowing where my stuff (RING) was. I race back down to the front desk, with my now concerned girlfriend as she has no idea why I'm so distraught, and tell them there's someone in the room?!?!?!? I noticed a black bag I had brought with me earlier in the day on the front desk and ask why my bag was down there and I was told someone brought it down?!?!? I can't even describe how angry I was getting. It's like 11pm at this point, so I know the front desk guy probably had no idea what was going on, but I told him I needed in the room to check for my stuff (RING?!) and I needed to speak with a manager or something ASAP. So he starts to try to figure out the situation while I stand there trying to contain myself. My girlfriend is asking what's so important that was in the room, and I can't tell her, so she's getting worried, too. The front desk guy gets on the phone with a manager or something, and then hands to phone to me to talk to the guy. I try to explain the situation, and he tells me I brought the bag down?!?! No, no I didn't. Anyways, it was a useless conversation and he asked to be put back on with the front desk guy. Eventually I get an escort essentially of a police officer, and what I'm assuming were 2 maintenance guys, up to the room. I tell my girlfriend to stay in the lobby, so she stays and we head to the room. I can finally tell the guys that I'm freaking out because there's an engagement ring in that room, and they immediately light up like what!??!? We rush to the room, no one answers when we knock, so we enter and I quickly check for everything that should be in there. The ring was still where I left it, thank god! My champagne was still in the fridge, and the flowers were still in my girlfriends late grandmothers vase. The guests in the room were actually on the balcony, so they came back in with no idea what was going on as I was grabbing my stuff. They had ate some of my food I'd set up, but whatever. We exit the room and the police officer and maintenance guys help me relocate - I wish I had gotten their names, as they were super helpful, friendly, and understanding... much more so than the front desk guy or whoever I spoke with on the phone. The rest of the night was fine (she said yes!), and the room was comped, but honestly I would have rather paid the full price and had everything go smoothly. I was furious that the one night I needed things to go perfectly ended up being such a mess. The main reason I chose aloft was because my girlfriend and I always stay at aloft when we visit tulsa and therefor it had a sentimental aspect to it. We had never stayed at the bricktown location before, but we certainly won't again. Another thing - there was no follow up from a manager/owner the next day or anytime. You would think with such a huge mess up someone higher up would try to rectify things, but nope... which is really just icing on the I-will-never-stay-at-aloft-again cake. It's really unfortunate.

Great spot to stay while on a business trip and escape the "grind" of a business trip. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, the shopping mall, Bricktown baseball park, and movies.

I booked the ultra savvy suite only to discover that the hotel had allowed someone to extend their check-out time even though I had requested an early check-in time. They seemed put out with me because I was upset that my room still wasn't ready by 4 pm. They tried to explain that there are only two ultra savvy suites so all the more reason NOT to double book the room. Also, what happened to the valet service? Needless to say, the check-in process was horrible!! After we FINALLY got to our room (about 5pm), everything was good.

3 girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend and we absolutely loved it!! Every single staff member we came in contact with was polite and asked how our stay was and if they could get us anything. The bar was very nice and laid back, the bartenders were extremely friendly and had drink suggestions for each of our needs. Our front desk service was awesome as well, even though they had a rush, Newly, made sure everyone got what they needed in a timely manner with the best attitude I've seen at a front desk in a hotel. The balcony had a nice view of Bricktown, but since it had rained the seats were wet so we were unable to sit at the time. Over all we were extremely satisfied and would go back again!
