Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice concept disappointing overall The concept of the hotel was interesting with live music in the Lobby and general design characteristics similar to European hotels; however, it was not what I anticipated from a Starwood property. Construction activity immediately around the property made it difficult to figure out how to get to the entrance. It would have been nice to get a note from the hotel with instructions on how to navigate the construction to get to the hotel. August 15, 2014

That staff is very helpfull and friendly especially Gina who already knows me by name. Hotel is alwyas avery clean and I enjoy that they continue to expand there breakfast options especially the new expresso machine. August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thank you Kervin and Terrence You rarely enter a hotel thinking that one night might not be enough.....customer service is the most important part of where i travel and the most lasting memories of placees i have been to are its employees. By far all of the employees at Aloft Brickell made my stay for my 31st birthday a memorable one. There attention to detail was impeccable and there timeliness is to be envied by a lot of other hotels. From upper management to hourly employee i can say they all had pride in what they did and enjoyed taking care of there customers. will def. go back next time i'm in Miami!!! July 7, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Aloft When I first stepped into my room, the A/C unit was wide open, like if someone had forgotten to close it after doing some repair. When trying to turn it on, nothing worked. I had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk to find me another room. I also called to get my car on the day of my departure and I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I had to hang up and call back...not the type of service I am used to with other SPG hotels! August 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value The hotel is excellent value for downtown Miami. It was difficult to access with construction right in front of the hotel. The food choices and cleanliness of the food bar area was not great. The bar tender was not very friendly when I dined at the bar on a busy night, and the 'hot bites' were not good. Also a house red wine was $11 a glass. Aside from that, all was well. The bedroom was clean, there's a fun outdoor pool area and its close to lots of fun shops and restaurants if you know which way to walk. I didn't feel safe on the streets walking alone, but there's lots of goodness to explore with a friend. July 10, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Business Stay I come monthly to Miami for work. I tried different hotels without satisfaction until I found the Aloft in Miami Brickell. It is a nice, new hotel, with pleasant modern decoration, complimentary wi-fi and a bottle of Dasani water daily. The coffee maker in the room was makes very good coffee too. The room I got was quiet, clean and comfortable to sleep. I liked the blackouts in the windows to sleep dark at night. The only three things I would had liked different was central air instead of wall pack units of A/C because these are noisier than central A/C, allow guests for self-parking instead of valet, and place feather pillows in the room (all were foam). Finally, In conclusion, I am satisfied with the hotel and will stay again next time I visit the city for work. June 26, 2014
