You rarely enter a hotel thinking that one night might not be enough.....customer service is the most important part of where i travel and the most lasting memories of placees i have been to are its employees. By far all of the employees at Aloft Brickell made my stay for my 31st birthday a memorable one. There attention to detail was impeccable and there timeliness is to be envied by a lot of other hotels. From upper management to hourly employee i can say they all had pride in what they did and enjoyed taking care of there customers. will def. go back next time i'm in Miami!!!

Hotel staff were engaging in personal conversations at the front desk when I needed my keycard remagnetized. Staff overall were very slow to respond to requests, even face-to-face requests. The floors were dirty. The in-room refrigerator is located IN THE BATHROOM, 2 feet from the toilet. That is simply disgusting. While the room style may be nice for some, I think Aloft goes too over-the-top trying to be 'new age'. The decor reminded me of a cheap Ikea knockoff.

I come monthly to Miami for work. I tried different hotels without satisfaction until I found the Aloft in Miami Brickell. It is a nice, new hotel, with pleasant modern decoration, complimentary wi-fi and a bottle of Dasani water daily. The coffee maker in the room was makes very good coffee too. The room I got was quiet, clean and comfortable to sleep. I liked the blackouts in the windows to sleep dark at night. The only three things I would had liked different was central air instead of wall pack units of A/C because these are noisier than central A/C, allow guests for self-parking instead of valet, and place feather pillows in the room (all were foam). Finally, In conclusion, I am satisfied with the hotel and will stay again next time I visit the city for work.

We needed to be in Miami on family business and chose the Brickell property for that purpose. We are in our sixties, so the hip ambiance is of no interest to us as we usually stay at the more upscale properties. Our visit was in May and upon arrival we had the great fortune to be greeted by very courteous young man, who immediately became our "go to" person. He really deserves to be promoted to one of your better hotels where his talents would be put to better use. His name is James Etienne and he made our stay very pleasant indeed. F.B. Sexton

I am a very loyal SPG customer and while the property is sufficient the staff is not up to SPG standards.

Let me start off by saying I am not a picky traveler. Miami as a city does not really understand the concept of customer service, and that never really bothered me as much as it does my coworkers/friends. However, I had an experience here that earns this place 0 stars in my book.
Upon checking in late on a Sunday night, I was "upgraded" to a room with a broken TV. In my tired state of mind, I didn't care to report it as I had work early the next morning. Also, I knew I wouldn't be in my room often at all due to my work hours.
After checking out, I find they are charging me for that already broken TV. Please don't stay here and support these scam artists.
