Rated 1 out of 5 by asr80 Towels would be great please!!!!
I would start by saying that I am a Platinum Member and I am a very frequent traveler, is rare that I need to post of a horrible service as in this case.
Is the first time in a Aloft hotel and it has been very bad. I am here for 10 nights and today that I arrived at 11PM from work after taking a bath I realize there is not a single towel and I have to dry myself with my own clothing!
Since day 1 I used 3 plastic glasses that I had in my room, they have not replaced them and I have been sick and in need of having EmergenC, so I have to go out for water every time.
They do not put fresh coffee everyday as they are supposed to do, maybe the staff if having some free coffee at home.
If its the only choice in Miami I would say you can stay, but definitely try every other place first.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GraceC All top class except for in-room cell phone and wifi connection
While the immediate area is not pretty because of construction around, the hotel is just two blocks from a fun and social part of Miami. The hotel team and rooms are fun and welcoming. The biggest drawback is the cell phone and internet connection in the rooms. I experienced multiple dropped calls and had many repeat disappointments over several stays with the wifi connection. If they can get those two things right, I would highly recommend. G.

Rated 1 out of 5 by moreunsatisfied dark and pretentious
the room was dark - two desks and only one light. nowhere comfortable to sit. shower door leaked so everything outside got wet. soundproofing poor so neighbours kept us awake all night, both nights. staff did not appear to care - we were obviously too old and not trendy enough to matter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ggalindez Brickell Hotel with everything to offer
Came with family for the weekend for business and shopping. The hotel is small the lobby quite unconventional however I was impressed with everything that was offered in the small package: full service bar, fast free wifi, nice pool, and close to transposition and downtown. Staff was also up to par in regards to service however I could tell that they were still a new hotel due to the uncertainty in some of them.
My only critical complaint is that due to unique design if the front desk in the lobby each time i came there the staff member would be facing with their back to me and I had to actually say something to get their attention. Besides that small detail everything was wonderful and I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple yet featured I accommodation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RubyM It's my second home when I'm in Miami
Really like this hotel, rooms are functional, balconies are a plus, guest service and valet are very nice and responsive to your needs. My only two "low" are mattress too soft (not everybody like the tempurpedic type) and vicious Mosquitos on the outside patio - I know it's FL but some plants will help to keep them away or citronella lamps ?
