This is a nice new hotel with friendly staff. Nice common areas and bar. BUT it has the hardest, most uncomfortable bed and pillows that I have ever had in a major branded hotel. Sheraton is reknown for the comfort sleeper bed, but evidently this Aloft didn't get the message. My husband and I had a terrible night of sleep on the board bed and balloon pillows!

A real bargain. I like the high ceilings, almost new carpet and large shower. Need to add some variety to the breakfast items, and need to place more attention on keeping items available in the breakfast area. Otherwise, everything was great. By being adjacent to the Sheraton there were restaurants open 24 hours. Great looking pool but I didn't have an opportunity to use it. Very friendly staff.24 hour fitness center.

From the reception at the desk, the modern surroundings till you reach the super comfort of the rooms with simple elegance, there is a sensation of BEING AT HOME with luxury, The employees have a lovely disposition to make your stay better. First impressions are permanent and I will highly recommend this hotel with utter respect

Great experience over the four nights we stayed. Ambiance and cleanliness were spot on. One note - there was construction in the morning which made it tough to sleep in the morning. However, special thanks to Ruby and "Oreo" at the check-in counter. You two made our stay amazing!

They have the worst customer service, since I arrived they make me feel like I did not care. Would not return to this hotel and do not recommend it .... if anything do a training staff that is customer service and maybe change back ... very sad being recommended by SPG hotel.
