Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient to the south side of San Francisco when you need to be there for a quick business meeting. Airplane noise can be a problem. Parking fees are high. The hotel rents parking for airport travelers and charges the same fees ($23 day at the time of this writing) to hotel guests.

I am not happy with the way the hotel handled my reservation. I had booked a room with two queens and prepaid for it but when I arrived I was told that reserving and prepaying does not guarantee a room with two beds. Also there was no additional inflatable beds available. We were a party of four and it was suggested that we adjust in a room with a single king bed.
I was told that the manager will talk to me the next day but he never did and the second staff person repeated the same thing about there being no guarantees. If this is the hotel policy then it is extremely customer unfriendly. I am sure the hotel wont consider refunds had I not shown up. The body language of the staff suggested that this probably a common occurrence.

Located within walking distance of Milbrae transit station. Nice walking location near the bay. Airplane aficionados will love watching the airport. SPG recognition got us a great room on the sixth floor. It could not have been more quiet.
The kitchen and bar could be improved upon. It's not a real "restaurant". If you want that, go to Westin next door. Bar was ok.
Very personable employees throughout the hotel.

The hotel looks great, great location, clean comfortable rooms. However what would have been an excellent stay turned bad when cleaning staff threw away some of our clothes. These where not dirty tatter clothes, but expensive jeans and a buttoned up shirt. The evening manager kept putting blame back on us and offered us no recourse outside of additional hotel points. All we wanted was out clothes. He offered to have a complete search in the morning and offered to call us with the results. It's been three days and we still have not been called. This has never happened before and we will not go back due to the incompetence of the staff.

Great concept, hard working staff, very thought out rooms. So why can't you get breakfast thats not processed egg patties ? The 25 minute wait for my non-breakfast was a turn-off especially being a business traveler on a tight schedule.

I stay here often but this time things were just off. Room next to a barking dog and ice maker and then they forgot my wake up call...luckily I had a back up alarm and it was daylight savings. Usually I love staying here so will not hold one night against them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SS13 Accomodations Great- Amenities not so great
I chose this hotel for proximity to SFO with an early flight to catch. Had I dropped my rental and used the shuttle it would have been fine. Since I wanted to leave the facility for dinner, I kept my car and this was a sore point. When you enter, signs tell you parking is $14- not too ridiculous, but at the desk you learn it is really 20 for guests, the $14 is for the park and fly lot they are running. And not only do you pay a premium to park, after dinner I found no spaces other than at the farthest reaches of the lot near no hotel entrance. I am competing for a space with people leaving their cars for days. Very inconvenient and a total rip off.
