This was an odd experience, starting with parking. There was an event at the BOK center and apparently event parking is also at the hotel, so that was confusing. It took two staff members to check in each party and they somehow ran out of parking passes. Never saw any type of management or security. The few staff members that we did meet were nice. The bathroom door was a slider and did not offer any kind of privacy since it slid back open right after closing it. The hallway was very noisy and very dark. The mattresses were comfortable and like sleeping on a cloud.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Service and a great night's sleep
This was the second time I stayed at an Aloft hotel. I love the chic decor and the great price point. On this particular trip, my sister and I stayed or a night while on a road trip. The staff was friendly and found us a room late at night even though we didn't have a reservation. They honored the price we found online. The location is close to downtown Tulsa pubs and restaurants. We really enjoyed our quick stay in Tulsa:)

The staff at this hotel were excellent - all incredibly nice and go above and beyond to help you. The facilities, however, could use improvement. While the rooms were average, it was very noisy and hard to get a good night's rest. Also there are no food options on site, with nothing nearby either. I also wish they had a better gym. Overall, not sure if I would return or recommend because of the facilities.

In all of my previous trips to downtown Tulsa I had never heard of Aloft. My loss. I visit the area twice a year for business. One of those trips has me taking up to 30 others with me. I will be calling in March to make reservations for my group.

I had to make the reservation while in flight and the hotel page said it had a 24 hour shuttle. When we landed we were told it had to be reserved 24 hours in advance. When we got to the hotel, we inquired about what time the shuttle ran in the morning. It is not a 24 hour shuttle and it cost us a $32 cab ride to get to the airport. My room was 87 degrees when I walked into the room and some normal cable channels were blocked. The dining options were limited that evening.

After 12+ hours of working in downtown Tulsa, no restaurants are open and the food at Aloft is really bad. Seriously can't do better than frozen food warmed up in a microwave?
The staff are really great though and make up for a lot of the shortcomings. The beds are also amazing. My only complaint about the rooms is the super loud refrigerator.

No major problems but the little things that were missing were the reasons I usually prefer Aloft hotels. I've frequented Aloft bc it's casual/young, not stuffy but I think the young-minded staff and a bit too carefree décor was a turn-off.
-Usually very clean and sleek, this location (Tulsa) however, was in old musty building with terrible parking.
-Entrance and lobby usually swankier, this location seemed makeshift/IKEA-ish, low quality furnishings and materials.
-Staff is usually young and saavy, these girls were nice but not prompt, sitting around, slouching, giggling about who knows what and talking openly about other hotel staff.
-Fridge under the sink in room was in the way. The dorm size and style is perfect but some things seemed just shoved around.
Again, not huge deals, just too many little details weren't 'detailed'. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BCVolleyball Very Comfortable and Great Service
Our Volleyball team stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it was great! The corner suites were spacious (although it would of been nice to have some drawers). All the staff from the front desk, to housekeeping to the shuttle drivers to the bar staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Special mention goes to Candice who went out of her way to accommodate us and had the best sense of humour!
The location was also super convenient to the Cox Convention Center where our event was held. Definitely would stay here again!
