Short visit to celebrate for Mother’s Day. First trial stay since it’s a new hotel and definetly not going to be our last stay. Love the concept! Simple and unique! Perfect location which easy access by road and the parking were very spacious. Just across the street from the KL Sentral. The rooms very spacious and love the pools on the top floor! Enjoying the view very much. Staff very friendly and helpful. Need to do something on the TV channel as it’s not that sharp for viewing. Having ala carte dinner at Nook and the pasta is so delicious! Keep it up and look forward to be back!!!

It was very convenient to get here from KLIA by train, the hotel being just outside of KL Sentral. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering a lot of questions I had as I was on a very short trip and needed a lot of info on logistics.
I walked in early without expecting that I will get an early check-in and was planning to come back after leaving my luggage at the concierge, but they gave me an early check-in, probably because of my SPG status, but nevertheless great!

Room service terrible. Food was cold and small portion. It was like cooked for few days already and then heat up in the microwave and serve to customers.

Finally a hyp, new, affordable hotel @ KL Sentral. Great beds. Room shortcomings: no drawers, too few hangers, and be prepared to wait for the hot water to turn hot. Waffles and/or pancakes should be available at breakfast. Fabulous pool!

I tried this property as it is part of SPG but really not my style of hotel..
Staff with casual jeans and Tshirt as uniforms? Loud music playing at all times in main area? Main Bar closed due to a Private function? Restaurant air con similar to being in Antartica? an A la Carte menu you would find in a Shopping Mall Coffee shop... Room was ok but nothing in minibar? Seriously I am even surprised it can be an SPG property... I would rate it probably a 2 Star budget style but with a 4 Star price... Staff was friendly

I'm in hospitalities field.
hotel concept is very good and suite the urban maxx style. However, the staff need a proper training. From welcome smile, words, service speed, advice and knowledge of hotel products.
I saw a cleaning worker (man) went in female toilet to get the water when no body around. I was shocked this happen in Aloft hotel.
well, please give training to all staffs how to serve customer better.

Location was great closed the hub KL Sentral, easy to go to main place.A Loft is very new building, newly nice room and comfortable, staff was very halpful.
We travelled with Air Asia stop at KLCC and went to the
hotel by sky bus(8-9 RM/person) ,bus stoped closed the hotel very shortwalk not across the road.
The price was resonable.
