In general, our stay was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the in-room refrigerator the free Wi-Fi access. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Areas for improvement:
1. Some drawers and/or a more functional closet space would be helpful.
2. Shower was sometimes not hot enough.
3. An additional chair for the other desk space would have been helpful.
4. Breakfast offerings were overpriced and the water for tea was cold.

This hotel opened a few months ago after a complete overhaul of the orginal Four Points. The Aloft is modern looking, comfortable, and much improved. I'd certainly stay there again. The one problem is that there is no room service. There is a small shop area where one can buy a few snacks and sandwiches. They do have a kitchen, which can cook some things to order. I only tried that for breakfast, and was not impressed. One has to order at the reception (which was staffed by one person), so if there's people checking out, there can be a wait. One morning it took the lone cook 30 minutes to make my breakfast. Most other mornings, it was about 15 minutes. It's a new hotel, perhaps they'll improve this.

Tjis hotel was great except for the shower. The water took almost 20 mins to actually warm up so due to my personal time restrictions I had to take a partially cold shower. This happened on 2 occasions. Also the water is hard so you are left feeling slimy and unable to fully wash of residue.

This was a great hotel close to the university so that I was able to walk back and forth each day!

The hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Great place for UA parents to stay!
