This hotel has its good and bad. The bed was very comfortable, but the A/C wasn't working to my satisfaction. My room felt hot and even though I called for a technician and he went up there 2 times to tell me that in 10 minutes my room would get cold everytime, it never did. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary, it was okay. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, one of my favorite things about this hotel. Also, they gym facility was very nice. The sheets and towels were very very stiff and uncomfortable and the walls in our room were very thin. We were constantly awaken by either renovation work, or people screaming and being obnoxiously loud in the morning. Overall, I really doubt I will be staying again at an Aloft hotel. My impression wasn't very good.

My husband, parents and I stayed at this hotel for a couple days before heading out to Puerto Vallarta. This wa smy first stay at an Aloft at it met my expectations, and then some. The hotel is a great value for the price and my stay was just easy / comfortable.

We stayed at two hotels, and this was our favorite. My boyfriend came to meet my family, and to attend the FIL book fair with me. The hotel is clean, has a small laundry area, and small pool. We felt safe, and very comfortable. They have a drivers service that is cheaper then taking a cab, they charge you distance not for time. Plus the drive is very friendly.

Staff needs more training, While the hotel is very nice, check in process is slow, there is only one person at the counter, At the restaurant waiters take forever to bring the check. Breakfast options really need improvement, the food in the freezers and the counters looks poor an unappetizing, including the t instant noodle soups. The hotel should just offer some quick breakfast buffet with hot meals such as eggs and bacon and fruit. Maybe the hotel is not for the business traveler .

I had to change rooms 2 times. The second time at midnight.
Someone had smoked in the first room, even though it is a non-smoking hotel.
The awful experience though was when I went to bed and I realized there was a huge stain in the middle of the bed sheets. Did they forget to change the bed? Disgusting... The staff was very helpful but, as you can imagine, it ruined the whole experience. I will not come back.
And by the way, please change the elevators. It takes a century for them to reach you...
