A combination of subject matter expertise, information tools and aggregate spend leverage enables Supply Chain associates to negotiate advantaged national, local, and regional manufacturer and distributor programs. The resulting products and services represent the lowest total cost of ownership for the desired quality and service standards. The ideal Supply Chain candidate has a sound understanding of supply chain, a solid financial and analytical foundation, and the ability to multi-task, lead projects, and consistently meet deadlines. This individual should be a problem solver who can think outside the box, be creative, and share ideas effectively and persuasively. In addition, successful candidates are strong collaborators and flexible team players who are willing to go the extra mile, adapt to change, and take on new and varied challenges to continually push the status quo.
