The Global Communications team liaises with brand representatives and works with multiple departments within the company to develop and refine brand initiatives that support Starwood’s mission and business strategy. Because Starwood is powered by the way our guests and owners perceive our company and our brands, Global Communications helps Starwood as an entity as well as its individual elements find ways to enhance the perceptions of everyone who comes into contact with our company.
Candidates for Global Communications have strong communications skills and an innate ability to tap into creativity, manage relationships, and develop and deliver both external and internal communication and public relations strategies. These candidates are also able to meet deadlines, determine priorities, and shepherd developing projects.
Global Communications associates have the opportunity to work in both corporate and in the field supporting the Global and Divisional Brand Management teams.
